End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ForecastlyAI application for:

• Accessing and analyzing your business inventory data
• Synchronizing information between QuickBooks Online, Shopify, and Google Sheets
• Generating business intelligence reports and forecasts
• Managing inventory analytics for your business operations

2. Permitted Use

You may use this application to:

• Connect your QuickBooks Online account for inventory analysis
• Sync order data from Shopify for sales analytics
• Generate reports and forecasts based on your business data
• Export data to Google Sheets for further analysis
• Use the chatbot interface for inventory queries

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with the application's security features
• Share your authentication credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the application to process data you do not own or have permission to use

4. Data Ownership and Access

• Your Data: You retain full ownership of all business data processed by the application
• Access Rights: The application only accesses data you explicitly authorize through OAuth connections
• Data Portability: You can export or disconnect your data at any time
• No Proprietary Claims: We make no claim to ownership of your business information

5. Service Availability

• The application is provided on an "as-is" basis
• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be performed with reasonable notice when possible
• Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice

6. Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us:

• Data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard protocols
• Authentication tokens are stored securely
• No business data is permanently stored on our servers

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The application is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any business decisions made based on application data
• Users are responsible for verifying critical business information
• Our liability is limited to the direct costs of the application service

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your QuickBooks and Shopify accounts
• Ensuring you have proper authorization to connect business accounts
• Backing up critical business data independently
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Monitoring the accuracy of synchronized data

9. Termination

• You may terminate this agreement at any time by disconnecting the application from your accounts
• We may terminate service with reasonable notice for maintenance or updates
• Upon termination, access to your data through the application will cease
• Your underlying data in QuickBooks, Shopify, and Google Sheets remains unaffected

10. Third-Party Services

This application integrates with:

• QuickBooks Online: Subject to Intuit's Terms of Service
• Shopify: Subject to Shopify's Terms of Service
• Google Sheets: Subject to Google's Terms of Service
• Your use of these services remains governed by their respective terms

11. Updates and Modifications

• We may update the application to improve functionality or security
• Material changes to this agreement will be communicated through the application
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of modified terms

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where your business operates. Any disputes will be resolved through applicable business dispute resolution mechanisms.

14. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

This EULA is specifically designed for the ForecastlyAI application and its integration with QuickBooks Online, Shopify, and Google Sheets services.
